$300 Individual Psychotherapy (60 minutes)

Perhaps you’ve been feeling insecure, sad, or ashamed but don’t want to open up to family and friends. Whether you are navigating IVF or grief, making a major life change, struggling as a busy parent, or needing general mental health treatment, I'm here to support you.

I help clients manage stress, anxiety, and depression, heal childhood, military, racial or other traumas, and improve their relationships. I guide clients in developing effective coping skills to regulate overwhelming emotions, rework unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, manage intrusive memories, heal past trauma, and create healthy relationships. I also help individuals better navigate important life transitions such as career changes, retirement, family planning, grief and loss, and identity issues.

I use integrative treatments in my practice with a leaning toward CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based interventions. In your first session, we’ll explore your mental health needs, identify what is important to you, and collaborate in creating your treatment plan. We can tailor your treatment to fit your specific needs, goals, and values.

Providing a safe, virtual space for clients to learn and practice skills, build social connection, grow and heal alongside people with similar challenges.

I have experience facilitating a wide-range of psychotherapy groups such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression and anxiety-learn effective skills to manage thoughts and emotions, rework unhelpful thought patterns impacting your behaviors and emotions, overcome social fears, improve relational skills, relieve anxiety, stress, and depression

  • Trauma-focused groups for PTSD focusing on managing emotions and improving interpersonal relationships, cognitive processing, and structured exposures

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) teaching skills to help individuals regulate their emotions, improve relationships, and tolerate distress

  • Race-based traumatic stress support groups- community space to process experiences of racial trauma and stress, build community and social connection, heal racial wounds, practice coping skills, and cultivate joy

$300 Couple Therapy Session (60 minutes)

I work with couples seeking to improve their relationship satisfaction, communication, intimacy, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond. Structured and less structured treatments available.

Does it seem like you and your partner have grown apart and you’re finding it difficult to reconnect? I offer individual, group, and couple therapy.

I believe in the importance of specialized training. As such, I have advanced training and expertise in a diverse range of specialty areas including

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),

  • Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT),

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),

  • Gottman Method of Couples Therapy (Level-2 Trained),

  • Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation (STAIR),

  • Race-Based Traumatic Stress (RBST)

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and many more.

I completed my predoctoral psychology internship and postdoctoral residency (with a specialty in trauma) at VA West Los Angeles Healthcare Center where I continue to serve and work with our nation’s heroes and Veterans.

Currently, I am completing certification in Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy (IBCT) an evidenced-based treatment for couples.
