Individual Therapy

$300 Individual Psychotherapy (60 mins)

Individual therapy available to help you better manage stress, anxiety, or depression, heal childhood, military, combat, racial, or other trauma wounds; improve your interpersonal, marital, or family relationships. I also work with individuals navigating adjustment or life transitions, grief and loss, and identity issues.

You can expect the therapy space to be warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental, emotionally supportive, and empowering. I believe in the healing power of genuine connection, joy, and humor and weave these aspects into my therapeutic approach. Above all else, I believe in honoring your humanness and will treat you with dignity and respect. I take very seriously the honor and privilege to sit with my clients, to hold space for their pain and struggles, and to support their healing and growth. I have experience facilitating a wide-range of psychotherapy groups such as:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression and anxiety-learn effective skills to manage thoughts and emotions, rework unhelpful thought patterns impacting your behaviors and emotions, overcome social fears, improve relational skills, relieve anxiety, stress, and depression

  • Trauma-focused groups for PTSD focusing on managing emotions and improving interpersonal relationships, cognitive processing, and structured exposures

  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) teaching skills to help individuals regulate their emotions, improve relationships, and tolerate distress

  • Race-based traumatic stress support groups- community space to process experiences of racial trauma and stress, build community and social connection, heal racial wounds, practice coping skills, and cultivate joy

I work with couples seeking to improve their relationship satisfaction, communication, and intimacy, resolve conflicts, and strengthen their bond. Structured and less structured treatments available.
